Luthier making custom resonator and electric guitars on the Isle of Man
Manhattan
pp6785c5e3.jpg
Based (very loosely) on the National New Yorker, the Manhattan is made of Zebrano with ebony trimmings. The scale length is 25.5”.
The humbucking pickup is designed by Kent Armstrong rewinds and has volume and tone controls, with a coil tap operated by a push-push pot. Tuning machines are Grover Super Rotomatics.
Zebrano is a dense wood and this, coupled with the design (basically a plank with wings!), gives good sustain.
The price in this configuration is £550.00.  As always, alternative woods / colour finishes and different pickup and wiring options are available at the appropriate cost.
